Ganpati Incorporation - (SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!!)

GANPATI INCORPORATION (SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!!!!)

I've created this website in order to expose 'Dhiraj Pandey' for the SCAMMER he is. He operates & owns a company called 'Ganpati Incorporation' located in India (Lucknow) which deals with the exporatation of leather goods. He has on many occassions conned many other honest business owners including myself into believing he's false promises & expectations with the manufacturing & distribution of leather goods. I've attached a photo on the right side to expose him for the thief he is.

My Experience with Ganpati Incorporation

Originally when we first approached Ganpati Incorpation we received a sample item leather cutouts from Dhiraj Pandey late last year in order for us to evaluate & approve the item design & quality. The item was to our expectation except for a couple of minor adjustments, so we ended up paying Dhiraj through International Bank Transfer to process our order. After payment had processed Dhiraj had emailed us to confirm that items would be despatched mid January 2012 and would possibly take an extra 2 weeks until we were to receieve the goods.

It was then 20th of  January and I then started questioning Dhiraj as I hadn't heard from him about the delivery of our order, he'd responded the following after emailing him  "because of the heavy snow fall it's making the leather tough to dry properly so delays will be expected". I was then concerned because he hadn't specified when the items would be despatched.

After many attempts to communicate with him we finally then heard from him on the 2nd of february stating the following:

Hello,

I was out in rural area with no network, hence could not reply to your email even with my blackberry.

Goods have already been dispatched to New Delhi airport, but there were few public holidays on account of martyrs day of Mahatma Gandhi - our father of nation and then one of a punjabi festival. Customs were closed, never though, I will be back by today evening and get the latest for you and update. I tried your phone today, but with no answer.

Do not panic, everything is OK, will get back to you ASAP.

I was then put at ease because he seemed to be considerate about our concerns. I'd requested from Dhiraj that he send us a consignment number for tracking and state which courier he used. After not receiving anything from Ganpati I raised concerns with Dhiraj because he never provided the consignment number to begin with and I was starting to doubt as to whether he had even despatched the goods as promised. On the 23rd of February he finally responded with the following:

Dear Alex,
Hello,
Definitely I will call you.
It is a disaster that you have not got the packet in despite repeated assurance by TNT.

I explained to Dhiraj by phone & email to provide me with the tracking number so I can speak with TNT to sort this problem out. He never emailed me the tracking number as promised and had now stated that the items apparantly were stuck in quarantine. I then started to display my fustration by email as he would not respond and clarify why he hadn't provided a tracking number for me to confirm this with TNT. After many attempts to communicate with him he eventually called and he'd agreed upon to refund our money for the incovenience caused, I also suggested that he email the remittance as proof of the bank transfer. After confirming and stating that he would act upon this immediately that very day, we did not hear from him. After 2 weeks when I then questioned why he hadn't yet transferred our money he then said that there was a major holiday festival in India at the time and that he'd now transfer it sometime in the week.

It is now early May 2012 and we have not heard anything from Dhiraj Pandey or seen any money or goods. I ask that all business owners, please stay away from Ganpati Incorporation they are nothing but SCAMMERS and will try through every possible way to make you believe otherwise. They are professionals at conning and will do everything in their power to convince you that they're running a legitimate business.
